Shipping Changes: In an attempt to control freight costs, beginning November 1, 2020 the PIC Web stores will switch to the Memorial Hermann approved vendor, OptiFreight to ship your order. All cost center website orders shipping to a Memorial Hermann facility will no longer show shipping charges on their orders. The freight charge will be on your monthly cost center statement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received incorrect merchandise, we offer the following return policy:
We can accept returns or exchange requests. The items that you are returning or exchanging must be in their original condition with the tags attached and returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged. We recommend that you send your item by FEDEX or UPS as you can track the shipment and they are insured up to $100.
WHEN RETURNING ITEMS FOR CREDIT: Please return the items (in original condition) to the address below. PLEASE INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER FORM (as this will be used to issue credit back to you).Please write on the order form RETURN. If you do not have a copy of the original order form, log in to your account and it will appear on the Order History Page if the order was placed under your log in.
